Billing questions
Does this include what WhatsApp charges?
No. Meta charges its own conversation-based fees, billed directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Your Zorquill plan covers the platform — inbox, AI, automations, broadcasts and analytics.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is counted once per customer per billing period, the first time a message is exchanged with them in that period. Replying back and forth all week to the same customer counts once.
What happens when I hit a limit?
We warn you at 80% of any allowance. You can either move up a plan or buy a one-off top-up that covers the rest of the current billing period. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks in your billing settings. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Who takes the payment?
Our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record is the seller of record on your invoice and handles payment and tax compliance.
